Delivery and Returns

• All jewellery is shipped from our office in Great Britain.
  UK recorded delivery: all purchases are sent using this service and require a signature on delivery and delivery normally takes between 1-3 working days. Postage for orders under £100--£2.50, under £200--£3.50, over £200--£4.50.
• Overseas: Purchases can be sent overseas to countries using Royal Mail International Signed For.
  European Union: under €110--€5.45, under €220--€6.55, over €220--€7,65
  
  USA: under $100--$6.20, under $200--$7.60, orders over $275--$8.35; Rest of World(i.e.Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, etc: under £100--£5.95, under £200--£6.95, over £200--£7.95
• Damaged Goods: any claims for damaged goods must be made to us within 7 days of delivery date of goods. Please notify us on: info(at)trythisearringon.com. The purchaser is responsible for all costs associated with the return of products. A replacement will be sent upon receipt of damaged item.
• Returned Goods: We operate a 14 day no quibble returns policy. Please note that due to hygiene reasons, earrings are excluded from our returns policy and therefore are not refunded or replaced.
• All returned goods must be received by us in an unused state, all associated packaging must be in perfect condition.
